Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Rakdos combo-stax deck helmed by Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. It leverages explosive fast mana and low-cost punisher effects to turn symmetric life-loss into massive personal card and board advantage. Whenever an opponent loses exactly 1 life from fetchlands, draw triggers, or tax enchantments, Ob Nixilis grows and exiles playable cards, quickly digging through the library. The primary win condition is a compact two-card loop combining Ob Nixilis with All Will Be One or Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute, dealing infinite direct damage to all opponents in a single turn. Backed by free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, anti-search stax like Opposition Agent, and an Underworld Breach backup plan, the deck applies relentless pressure from Turn 3 onwards while punishing standard competitive play patterns.
