TOPH, The best Bracket 2 Bender. by user9808403

Format: Commander

Commander: Toph, the First Metalbender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya earthbending lands deck built to make its lands into huge creature threats and attack with them. Commander Toph, the First Metalbender turns every nontoken artifact into a land, which combines with earthbend effects and landfall synergies to create an enormous mana base and powerful combat board. The primary plan is to use earthbend to animate lands, put many +1/+1 counters on them, then win through repeated combat with Bumi, Unleashed or a massive Titanic Ultimatum swing. Secondary paths include a slow combo of Nissa, Who Shakes the World with Springheart Nantuko to create infinite land creature tokens, and a value plan with Omnath, Locus of Rage. The commander's role is a mana enabler and value engine, while Toph, Earthbending Master and Toph, Hardheaded Teacher are powerful hidden commanders if the primary commander is unavailable.
