Deck overview

This is a five-color +1/+1 counter and token synergy deck commanded by Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. The primary game plan is to generate a wide board of creature tokens, then leverage counter doublers and +1/+1 counter triggers to grow the army into a lethal combat force. Leonardo, the Balance distributes a +1/+1 counter to each creature you control whenever a token enters (once per turn), while Michelangelo, the Heart rewards attacking with a +1/+1 counter and a Food token. The deck includes a dense package of token producers (Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Endless Foot Assault, Tendershoot Dryad) and counter synergies (Corpsejack Menace, High Score, Kami of Whispered Hopes). Secondary win conditions include Shredder, Shadow Master's life-halving combat damage and Raphael, the Muscle's damage doubling. The deck operates at a midrange pace, building board presence over several turns before overwhelming opponents with a critical mass of large trampling creatures.
