New Untitled Deck by user3292998

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spell-slinger storm commander who acts as a mana battery and a drain: every noncreature spell grows her and pings each opponent. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries, using Vivi's {0} mana ability to accelerate into an infinite engine. The cleanest finish is Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity/Ophidian Eye/Tandem Lookout, emptying the library into Thassa's Oracle. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, Underworld Breach + Grinding Station, and Hullbreaker Horror loops are backup channels that also supply recursion and protection. Niv-Mizzet functions as a hidden second commander: the deck devotes colored mana to landing him, then pivots from Vivi's pings to his draw-ping loop.
