Deck overview

Chulane, Teller of Tales leads a Bant value deck built on landfall, giant creatures, and raw card advantage. The game plan is simple: ramp aggressively with Rampant Growth-class spells, drop a landfall engine such as Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Tatyova, Benthic Druid, or Azusa, Lost but Seeking, then use Chulane as a repeatable draw-and-land-drop engine. Every creature spell draws a card and puts a land into play, supercharging Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, Mossborn Hydra, and similar payoffs. The deck wins through an unstoppable Genesis Wave, a giant pumped swing from Jumbo Cactuar or Preposterous Proportions, a Time Stretch double-turn, or the Intruder Alarm combo line. It is slow and light on interaction, but given a few uncontested turns it buries the table in mana and board presence.
