Deck overview

This Boros Equipment deck is helmed by Nahiri, Forged in Fury, a commander with affinity for Equipment that turns every equipped creature's attack into a free spell from exile. The primary game plan is to deploy Nahiri early using cost reduction, suit her up with powerful Equipment like Colossus Hammer or Kaldra Compleat, and then chain attacks via Hexplate Wallbreaker to overwhelm opponents with commander damage. The deck is packed with Equipment tutors, card draw engines, and cost reducers, ensuring a steady stream of threats. It eschews infinite combos in favor of a relentless combat-focused strategy that generates incremental value through each swing.
