Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange strategy commanded by Quintorius, History Chaser. It focuses on extracting value whenever cards leave the graveyard. The primary game plan utilizes looting effects, discard-exile enablers like Containment Construct and Conspiracy Theorist, and repeatable recursion engines like Squee, Goblin Nabob and Sevinne's Reclamation to continuously generate 3/2 Spirit creature tokens. Once a substantial board of Spirits is established by Turn 5 or 6, the deck converts this army into a lethal win condition using Quintorius's -4 ability (granting double strike and vigilance), anthem effects from Hofri Ghostforge and Quintorius, Field Historian, or an overrun from Moonshaker Cavalry. The deck maintains resilience through recursion and asymmetric board wipes like Tragic Arrogance, while utilizing white's premier exile removal to manage opposing threats.
