Deck overview

This Abzan build centers on Myrkul, Lord of Bones: nontoken creatures are sacrificed or board-wiped into enchantment tokens, and Constellation cards turn every new enchantment into cards, cats, pegasi, and opponent-shrinking effects. The primary path is grinding into an enormous enchantment board and winning with aura-boosted attacks or a Syr Konrad/Exsanguinate finish. A secondary combo line uses Necrotic Ooze as a hidden commander with Barrenton Medic and Fain, the Broker to make infinite Treasure and cast Exsanguinate. Self-mill, reanimation, and Vivien on the Hunt support the game plan. The commander is essential to the token-conversion engine, but the deck retains enough enchantress value to operate without him, if more slowly.
