Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Equipment Voltron deck built around Captain America, First Avenger and his unique "Throw" ability, which converts an attached equipment's mana value into direct damage divided among targets. The primary game plan is to deploy Captain America early, suit him with high-mana-value equipment (Argentum Armor, Kaldra Compleat, Excalibur, Sword of Eden), and use damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation to eliminate opponents in a single activation. The deck packs an excellent tutor suite (Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshaper's Gift, Fighter Class) and numerous card-draw engines (Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin, Rhystic Study) to assemble the critical pieces. Backup combat wins come through double strike, extra combats (Embercleave, Halvar, God of Battle), and token copies from Helm of the Host. The commander's "Catch" ability auto-attaches equipment at the beginning of combat, enabling instant-speed throws after combat.
