Tivit, Head of the Council (U)(c) by KiiiNGxGREEN

Format: Commander

Commander: Tivit, Seller of Secrets

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Tivit, Seller of Secrets is the sole commander, and the deck is built to use his vote-triggered token generation as a secondary engine, but the actual fastest plan is a commander-independent Thassa's Oracle combo. Demonic Consultation and Tainted Pact empty the library, and a protected Thassa's Oracle wins on the spot. Tivit provides card advantage and a medium-term path: each combat damage trigger, magnified by Academy Manufactor and Deadeye Navigator, fuels Time Sieve for infinite turns. Hullbreaker Horror with Displacer Kitten is a backup loop that bounces permanents and recycles mana rocks. There is no hidden commander; the deck is an Esper combo-control build that can win from hand, battlefield, or library-exile lines.
