Budget Jolly Balloons by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: The Jolly Balloon Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Boros "ETB-Value" and combo strategy centered around The Jolly Balloon Man. The primary game plan is to deploy creatures with high-impact enters-the-battlefield (ETB) or death triggers and use the commander s ability to create flying, hasted 1/1 copies of them for a single mana. This allows the deck to "double dip" on card draw (Wall of Omens), ramp (Solemn Simulacrum), and removal (Skyclave Apparition). While it can win through incremental burn via Molten Gatekeeper or combat damage with Inferno Titan, its most potent lines are infinite creature-untap loops. By copying creatures like Zealous Conscripts or Village Bell-Ringer, the deck can generate infinite tokens to swarm the board. The commander acts as a low-cost, high-utility engine that transforms a pile of "fair" creatures into a synergistic threat that demands immediate interaction.
