Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is led by Sai, Master Thopterist, focusing on generating a wide swarm of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens by casting cheap artifacts, mana rocks, and utility equipment. The deck leverages heavy artifact synergy to draw cards through Sai, Thopter Spy Network, and Shimmer Dragon, while reducing spell costs with Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector. Win conditions center around scaling combat threats: turning the Thopter army into massive attackers via Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, and Master of Etherium, or punching through with massive single threats like Kappa Cannoneer, Nettlecyst, and Broodstar. Defensively, the list runs Propaganda, Aetherize, and All Is Dust to deter aggression, supported by a focused counterspell package. The deck plays a fair, compounding token strategy that outvalues opponents through flying combat damage.
