Horror's Exile by SrumeNecro

Format: Commander

Commander: Umbris, Fear Manifest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Umbris, Fear Manifest leads a Dimir Horror-mill deck that wins by exiling opponents' libraries and attacking with a huge Umbris. The primary plan uses Umbris triggers from every Horror/Nightmare ETB plus mass exile/mill like Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Maddening Cacophony and Fractured Sanity to grow Umbris toward 21 commander damage while decking opponents. Secondary paths use unblockable mill with The Mindskinner, token generation from Ashiok, Nightmare Muse and Uchuulon, and control from Sludge Monster and Hullbreaker Horror. Umbris is the main mill vector and finisher; The Mindskinner acts as a hidden commander that converts any damage into mill and can close games without Umbris.
