New Untitled Deck by lov3ly

Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Ancestor's Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Betor, Ancestor's Voice leads an Abzan lifegain deck that wins through board growth and drain rather than fast combo. The deck gains life to put +1/+1 counters on the board with Archangel of Thune, Kami of Whispered Hopes and Betor's end-step trigger, and loses life to reanimate creatures with mana value equal to life lost. Secondary wins use the Vito/Enduring Tenacity plus Exquisite Blood/Bloodthirsty Conqueror loop, where any life gain drains opponents infinitely, and Angel of Destiny's alternate win after gaining 15 life. Betor provides repeatable reanimation and counters. Celestine, the Living Saint and Archangel of Thune act as hidden commanders that keep the lifegain engine running without Betor.
