[Primer] Riveteer Revolution - Ognis EDH by hotdogareillegal

Format: Commander

Commander: Ognis, the Dragon's Lash

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ognis is a single-faced commander; the deck is built around his attack trigger: every hasty attacker creates a tapped Treasure, turning mana acceleration into card advantage and payoff damage. The primary plan is to deploy cheap haste threats and Ognis early, then use Treasures to ramp into Korvold, Goldspan Dragon, and Smaug for oversized turns. Secondary plan is a compact Kiki-Jiki/Splinter Twin + Zealous Conscripts infinite-token kill, often funded by the same Treasures. Drain pieces like Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Master convert the artifact tokens into direct damage. Magda and Lagomos function as light toolbox engines, and Smaug serves as a hidden burst-Treasure engine rather than a true second commander.
