Sephiroth by user4785397

Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black sacrifice deck is built around Sephiroth's transform ability and a dense web of death triggers. The front face rewards sacrificing other creatures with card draw, while the back face turns into a flying engine that draws by sacrificing any number of attackers. Secondary plans include draining opponents with Blood Artist-style effects, grinding with recursive creatures, and assembling the Chthonian Nightmare/ Pitiless Plunderer loop. The commander is a powerful draw engine but not required; the deck can pivot to attrition and drain without it.
