Deck overview

This Sultai deck is commanded by The Wise Mothman, combining radiation counters, mill, and scaling +1/+1 counter aggression. The deck establishes early mana fixing and deploys the commander on Turn 4, immediately distributing rad counters across the table. As each opponent enters their precombat main phase, radiation forces them to mill cards and lose life. Whenever nonland cards are milled, Mothman distributes +1/+1 counters onto your creatures, rapidly inflating threats like Watchful Radstag and Bloatfly Swarm. Counter doublers including Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace, combined with proliferate triggers from Agent Frank Horrigan and Radstorm, accelerate power and life drain simultaneously. Graveyard utility via Raul, Trouble Shooter and The Master, Transcendent converts milled resources into card advantage. The deck consistently closes games by Turn 7 through overwhelming evasive combat damage and continuous rad attrition.
