Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Polymorph control strategy built to cheat overwhelming, game-ending creatures onto the battlefield ahead of curve. By excluding small utility creatures from the 99, every Polymorph effect—such as Polymorph, Transmogrify, Divergent Transformations, or Indomitable Creativity—is guaranteed to reveal massive threats like Razaketh, the Foulblooded, Vilis, Broker of Blood, Archfiend of Despair, or Serra's Emissary. The early game focuses on deploying noncreature token generators like Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and token-producing lands, alongside efficient mana rocks. Once a token is established, the deck transitions immediately into cheating bombs on Turn 4, protecting its key execution turns with Silence, Teferi, Time Raveler, and free countermagic. While the commander Nissa, Leyline Tamer provides a repeatable landfall Polymorph engine, the deck functions independently of the command zone, applying relentless pressure and finishing the table through explosive combat damage.
