Not Storm Storm by Vitasia

Format: Commander

Commander: Storm, Windrider

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Storm, Windrider makes the skies one-sided: opposing flyers cannot attack and cannot block your own flyers. This Selesnya deck is an Angel stax/beatdown list that spends the early game on rule-of-law effects, tax pieces, and pillow-fort enchantments, then overwhelms with evasive Angels. The commander is a deterrent and global evasion enabler rather than a combo engine; its secondary targeting ability rarely matters because the 99 contains almost no creature-targeting spells. The primary win is combat damage with myriad creatures like Herald of the Host and Battle Angels of Tyr hitting all opponents at once. A secondary, more fragile line melds Gisela, the Broken Blade with Bruna, the Fading Light into Brisela.
