Flying Matters by Thunderthruster

Format: Commander

Commander: Siani, Eye of the Storm and Ravos, Soultender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a partner-pair Siani, Eye of the Storm / Ravos, Soultender Esper (WUB) "flying matters" tribal deck. The primary game plan is to build a wide board of flying creatures, pump them with anthem effects (Air Nomad Legacy, Favorable Winds, Empyrean Eagle, Kangee, Sky Warden, Steel-Plume Marshal), and draw cards via combat-damage triggers (Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, Reconnaissance Mission). Siani provides repeatable scry on each attack, while Ravos returns a creature from the graveyard to hand each upkeep, granting recursion. The deck wins through incremental combat damage, often finishing with True Conviction for double strike and lifelink. It lacks infinite combos and relies on a resilient board state and gradual pressure.
