Format: Commander

Commander: Pantlaza, Sun-Favored

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Pantlaza, Sun-Favored leads a Naya Dinosaur value-combat deck. The primary plan is to ramp into Pantlaza on turn three or four, then use its discover trigger to chain Dinosaurs into more Dinosaurs while drawing cards. Secondary paths are explosive ETB turns with Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant and Etali, Primal Storm, and a tutor-plus-overrun finish from Finale of Devastation. The commander is the main card-advantage engine; there is no hidden commander, though Etali, Primal Conqueror // Etali, Primal Sickness serves as an alternate finisher. The deck wins by overwhelming combat, usually with Akroma's Will or Finale of Devastation after building a wide, hasty board.
