This is an Orzhov aristocrats and go-wide tokens deck helmed by Minthara, Merciless Soul. The core plan generates a critical mass of creatures through engines like Bitterblossom, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, and Oketra's Monument, then converts them into value, experience counters, and life loss via sacrifice outlets and death triggers. Minthara, Merciless Soul rewards any permanent leaving the battlefield with experience, which both pumps the team and grows her ward. Primary wins come from combat under a growing anthem backed by evasion pieces, or from drain engines such as Blood Artist, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER.
