Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Dimir spellslinger and tribal beatdown engine commanded by Lord of the Nazgûl. The strategy accelerates into its commander by Turn 3 or 4 using fast mana and rituals, then leverages an ultra-dense suite of low-cost cantrips and interaction to spawn an army of 3/3 menace Wraith tokens. When nine Wraiths are assembled, the commander turns them into massive 9/9 threats that overwhelm the board in combat. High-synergy clone effects like Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Irenicus's Vile Duplication accelerate token production, while asymmetric wipes like Raise the Palisade guarantee clear attacks. Backed by top-tier free countermagic and black spot removal, the list defends its development seamlessly while answering opposing threats. If the commander is answered, the alternate package of nine Nazgûl scaling with the Ring tempt mechanic provides a potent, independent combat backup.
