Deck overview

This Esper deck leverages Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign as a high-tempo cheat engine, utilizing a library heavily skewed toward odd mana values. The strategy focuses on setting up the top of the library with cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Aminatou, the Fateshifter to reveal massive game-ending spells whenever Yennett attacks. High-impact bombs such as Void Winnower, Toxrill, the Corrosive, Breach the Multiverse, and Enigma Sphinx flip directly onto the battlefield for free, bypassing their hefty mana costs. Supported by a robust removal suite including Swords to Plowshares and Extinction Event, the deck controls the board while accumulating massive card advantage. It ultimately overpowers the table through overwhelming combat presence or by resolving Approach of the Second Sun from hand.
