Commander: Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue proliferate deck is helmed by Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, who doubles every proliferate you perform. The strategy revolves around stacking counters on planeswalkers, creatures, and opponents (poison) through a dense array of proliferate spells and repeatable effects. Card draw is abundant, fueling both Twenty-Toed Toad's alternate win condition and Psychosis Crawler's life drain. The deck builds incremental value over several turns, accelerating with Ichormoon Gauntlet to give planeswalkers built-in proliferate and access to extra turns. While it lacks explosive combos, the doubling of each proliferate creates a snowball effect that can overwhelm tables that do not apply early pressure.
