Deck overview

Altair Ibn-La'Ahad leads a Mardu Assassin reanimation deck built to turn a stocked graveyard into an overwhelming token army. Altair's attack trigger exiles an Assassin from the graveyard and creates attacking copies; The Master, Multiplied makes these copies permanent, while Isshin, Two Heavens as One doubles the effect. Extra-combat spells and Port Razer chain multiple combats, producing exponentially more tokens. The deck also uses enters-the-battlefield removal Assassins that Altair can repeatedly copy, plus a secondary voltron line with The Spear of Leonidas. Its primary weakness is a heavy reliance on Altair, The Master, and the graveyard, making it vulnerable to graveyard hate and commander removal.
