Deck overview

This is a Orvar, the All-Form value deck built around targeting your own permanents. Cheap spells such as Twiddle, Cerulean Wisps, Leap, and Shadow Rift create copies through the commander, while many of them replace themselves. Copying lands, mana rocks, or creatures can build a large resource advantage. Vesuvan Duplimancy provides a second copy engine, and Hullbreaker Horror turns later spell casts into repeated bounce. The deck has respectable blue interaction and several card-draw engines, but its commander is not tutored and its strongest payoffs are expensive. Its ordinary setup is closer to turn 6, with a decisive control engine around turn 8. The list lacks a deterministic two-card combo, a reliable table-kill outlet, and a total lockout. It can dominate a long game when its engines survive, but it remains exposed to removal, sweepers, commander tax, and opponents who rebuild faster than its copy engine develops.
