Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Reanimator and Combo deck commanded by Admiral Brass, Unsinkable. The primary strategy focuses on filling the graveyard using efficient entomb effects, self-mill, and looting creatures, then leveraging Brass to reanimate 4/4 hasty Pirates every combat step. While Brass provides steady board pressure and card advantage, the deck's primary win condition is an infinite extra turns engine powered by Timestream Navigator and Grenzo, Dungeon Warden. By utilizing blink spells like Ghostly Flicker alongside recursion creatures like Archaeomancer, the deck can also reset finality counters and reuse powerful enter-the-battlefield triggers indefinitely. The list features strong stack interaction with ten counterspells to protect its combo turns. However, it trades away resolved permanent removal and proactive stax in favor of concentrated combo assembly and graveyard velocity.
