Kona, Rescue Beastie (High Power) by mightymau5

Format: Commander

Commander: Kona, Rescue Beastie

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kona, Rescue Beastie is the engine of a mono-green permanent-cheat deck. The primary plan is to play Kona on turn two, attack to keep it tapped, then use the Survival trigger every second main phase to put a high-cost permanent from hand into play for free. Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant acts as the main hidden 'second commander,' converting that cheat into a full hand dump. Secondary paths use Natural Order, Last March of the Ents, and Lurking Predators to put creatures aboard, then finish in one combat with Jumbo Cactuar + Pathbreaker Ibex or Blightsteel Colossus. The deck lacks counterspells and cheap instant removal, so its main vulnerabilities are stack interaction and board wipes.
