Deck overview

This Temur deck is built to turbo out Loot, the Pathfinder and convert its exhaust abilities into a repeatable draw-ramp-burn engine. The primary plan is a blue-mana/infinite-flicker combo: High Tide plus Peregrine Drake and Archaeomancer creates a growing pool of blue mana by looping Ghostly Flicker, while Loot acts as the finisher by being flickered repeatedly, resetting its exhaust abilities so its red ability can deal 3 damage per loop. Secondary lines use Turnabout, Mnemonic Wall, and multiple recursion creatures to rebuild through disruption. Translating spells and cantrips find pieces quickly; counters and flicker effects protect the fragile chain. The deck is fast but commander-centric: if Loot is locked out, no other win condition exists.
