Shredder Edited by user2519220

Format: Commander

Commander: Super Shredder

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Super Shredder is the visible commander, but the deck is built as mono-black aristocrats. The primary plan is to assemble a sacrifice loop using Pitiless Plunderer with a recursive creature such as Reassembling Skeleton, Persistent Specimen, or Gravecrawler plus Carrion Feeder, then drain the table with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Marionette Apprentice. Ashnod's Altar upgrades the loop into infinite colorless mana that can feed Torment of Hailfire. Secondary paths are token-generation attrition through Grave Pact and equipment on a growing Super Shredder. There is no hidden commander; Super Shredder is a useful beater, not the engine.
