Kotis, the Fangkeeper leads a Sultai mutate-and-voltron strategy that wants to turn one unblockable combat hit into a game-ending library theft. The deck makes Kotis unblockable with Aqueous Form, Canopy Cover, Rune of Flight, and Rogue's Passage, then scales his power with mutate piles, Auras like Colossification and Hydra's Growth, and Equipment like Inquisitor's Flail and Quietus Spike. Because Kotis is indestructible, the main risk is evasion and removal rather than normal combat damage, so the deck layers Felix Five-Boots to double Kotis's exile trigger, Otrimi, the Ever-Playful and Brokkos, Apex of Forever to recur mutate pieces, and Simic Ascendancy as a long-game counter alternative. The eventual win is a massive combat trigger, exiling dozens of cards and casting the opponent's own spells for free, followed by repeat hits to close out the remaining players.
