Deck overview

This Sultai deck commands a powerful value engine led by Yarok, the Desecrated, maximizing enter-the-battlefield and landfall abilities. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through creatures like Lotus Cobra, Wood Elves, and Springbloom Druid. Once Yarok enters play on Turn 4, every subsequent land drop and creature generates doubled value, rapidly filling the hand through cards like Tatyova, Benthic Druid, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and Mulldrifter. The primary win condition is a compact infinite mana combo between Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake, which allows the deck to draw its entire library and drain the table with Ob Nixilis, the Fallen or bounce all opposing permanents with Venser, Shaper Savant. Alternatively, massive token swarms from Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer overrun opponents with Overwhelming Stampede. A robust interaction suite featuring Cyclonic Rift, Assassin's Trophy, and targeted countermagic protects the strategy while disrupting opposing threats.
