Deck overview

This is a casual Selesnya value deck built around Gluntch, the Bestower. Its main plan is to ramp, cast Gluntch, the Bestower, and use the end-step trigger to distribute counters, cards, and Treasures. The commander is consistently accessible, and the deck has a deep package of land ramp and mana creatures. Card flow is respectable because Gluntch, the Bestower can draw one card each cycle, with backup from Selvala, Explorer Returned, Lifecrafter's Bestiary, Terrasymbiosis, and several draw spells. The deck also carries broad permanent removal and some protection. Its central weakness is that value does not convert into a reliable win. Halo Fountain and Approach of the Second Sun require substantial setup, while creature combat lacks a dependable haste, evasion, or damage engine. Group-hug effects can also improve opposing boards and hands. The deck can develop a large, resilient board, but it does not reliably produce a critical onset or finish.
