This Sultai deck uses The Wise Mothman to turn milling into +1/+1 counters. Mothman gives each player rad counters on entry or attack; each rad counter mills a card before combat, and each nonland milled lets you put counters on your creatures. You multiply counters with doublers like Pir, Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace, then grow them with proliferate engines such as Thrummingbird, Evolution Sage and Inexorable Tide. The main win is combat with Herald of Secret Streams making counter creatures unblockable. Backup wins use Syr Konrad, Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank to drain as mills occur, and Walking Ballista to turn large counters into direct damage. Pir and Toothy act as a hidden draw engine.
