Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck uses The Emperor of Palamecia to ramp noncreature spells and flip into The Lord Master of Hell, a drain attacker that hits each opponent for the number of noncreature, nonland cards in your graveyard. You fill the yard with looting, surveil, and high-mana instants and sorceries, then win with one or two Lord Master attacks, often with extra combats or unblockable auras. A second path is an infinite copy loop with Dualcaster Mage plus Rite of Replication, Sublime Epiphany, Electroduplicate, Kindle the Inner Flame, or Devastating Onslaught. Ovika, Tellah, and Tzaangor provide backup token and copy value when the commander is offline.
