Deck overview

This is a mono-red chaos/randomness deck helmed by Chira, All In, built around turning every coin flip, dice roll, random discard, and random target into a +1/+1 counter and a tapped Treasure token on the commander. The primary plan is to land Chira, then chain as many randomizing spells and permanents as possible to grow her into a lethal threat while ramping off the resulting Treasures. The deck's main finishers are Chandra's Ignition on an enormous Chira or Okaun, Eye of Chaos, Knuckles the Echidna's thirty-artifact alternate win, and Chance Encounter's luck-counter victory, with Goblin Bomb and The Deck of Many Things as bonus payoff cards.
