Animar by user8143837

Format: Commander

Commander: Animar, Soul of Elements

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Temur creature deck aims to cast many creatures, grow Animar, and reduce creature costs to chain into huge threats. It uses +1/+1 counter synergies, draw engines, and haste/trample effects to close games with Craterhoof Behemoth or Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant. The commander is the primary engine, but the deck also functions through independent draw and ramp. Defense of the Heart and Kona provide cheat effects. Interaction is mostly reactive, with counterspells and artifact/enchantment removal. The deck is a midrange creature-combo hybrid that can win through overwhelming board presence.
