Oh, God, what IS that?! by TheStrayOtaku

Format: Commander

Commander: Norin the Wary

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-red deck is built around Norin the Wary as a repeatable ETB engine, pairing his end-step returns with enter-the-battlefield damage such as Purphoros, Warstorm Surge, and Impact Tremors. It creates extra triggers through token generators like Krenko and Siege-Gang Commander, and can fall back on a Kiki-Jiki/Fable Reflections copy loop with Mana Echoes for infinite mana and damage. The deck also leans on chaos cards (Confusion in the Ranks, Grip of Chaos) to disrupt opponents, while Norin's self-exile provides near-permanent protection from removal. There is no hidden commander; Norin is the primary enabler, and the deck works best when it can repeatedly blink him each turn cycle.
