Deck overview

This mono-blue deck merges Merfolk kindred aggro with spellslinger control under Namor the Sub-Mariner. Namor turns every noncreature spell with blue mana symbols into 1/1 Merfolk tokens while scaling his own flying power. The deck uses low-cost cantrips, free counterspells, and interaction to build a wide army without losing card advantage.
