Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a proliferate-lock deck disguised as an artifact-aggro/infect shell. The primary plan is to put a single poison counter on each opponent-usually via Prologue to Phyresis-then use Kilo's tap-triggered proliferate, made repeatable with Relic of Legends and Freed from the Real, to push everyone to ten poison counters in one turn. Secondary paths use Aetheric Amplifier plus Magistrate's Scepter for extra turns, or go-wide artifact creatures with Steel Overseer, Tempered Steel, and infect. The commander is the untap engine; no hidden commander exists. The deck is fast but linear and depends on assembling its artifact-based engine.
