This colorless artifact-creature deck ramps with Sol Ring, Urza lands, and mana rocks, then turns that mana into huge X-spell threats and +1/+1 counter synergies. Omarthis is an optional mana-sink payoff rather than a required engine; the deck can win through an Echoes of Eternity plus Glaring Fleshraker token-damage line, a massive Walking Ballista, or evasive beatdown from Big Mother Mouser and Ugin tokens. Secondary plans use Ugin planeswalkers and All Is Dust to clear colored boards while preserving colorless permanents.
