Format: Commander

Commander: Arasta of the Endless Web

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Arasta of the Endless Web leads a mono-green token and +1/+1 counter deck. Its primary plan is to build a wide board of spiders, squirrels, and beast tokens, then either convert that into a trampling Overwhelming Stampede attack or resolve one of several infinite-token combos. The commander's role is a resilient reach blocker and token generator that punishes opposing instants and sorceries. Secondary finishes include Earthcraft+Squirrel Nest and Scurry Oak/Ivy Lane Denizen loops, made explosive by Doubling Season and Parallel Lives. The deck operates fully without Arasta, relying on independent engines such as Tendershoot Dryad, Hornet Queen, and Herd Baloth; she accelerates the linear plan rather than enabling it.
