New Untitled Deck by user9451220

Format: Commander

Commander: Acolyte of Bahamut and Volo, Itinerant Scholar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Volo, Itinerant Scholar is the engine: he creates Volo's Journal, which notes a creature type each time you cast a creature and then draws cards equal to the number of notes. The deck is built around changelings, because every changeling can add a new type and also triggers Acolyte of Bahamut's Dragon discount. The primary win is Twenty-Toed Toad attacking with twenty or more cards in hand, usually enabled by Sea Gate Restoration or a large Journal draw. Secondary paths are Triskaidekaphile's exact-thirteen upkeep win and Craterhoof Behemoth/Overwhelming Stampede combat. Acolyte of Bahamut is a supporting background rather than a hidden commander; Orvar, the All-Form and Realmwalker are value pieces in the ninety-nine.
