Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads a Jeskai artifact-counter deck whose primary plan is to convert the commander's tap-triggered proliferate into runaway charge counters. The fastest line loops Paradise Mantle and Freed from the Real (or Pemmin's Aura) on Kilo to generate infinite proliferate triggers, then grows Darksteel Reactor, Astral Cornucopia, or Magistrate's Scepter to a game-ending state. Secondary paths use Aetheric Amplifier and Coretapper to double counters, Tezzeret the Seeker to tutor and animate artifacts, and Inspirit, Flagship Vessel to make an indestructible flying artifact army. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus acts as a hidden commander by doubling every proliferate. The deck is solidly artifact-leaning and wants to survive through counterspells and board wipes until its counter engine comes online.
