The Dragon-fucker Deck, but Good by user1088697

Format: Commander

Commander: Kaalia of the Vast

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kaalia of the Vast leads a classic Mardu battlecruiser deck built entirely around her attack trigger: cheating Angels, Demons, and Dragons onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The plan is to curve into Kaalia on turn 4, connect with evasive flyers, and snowball through combat-value threats like Aurelia, the Warleader, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and the dragon token engines. There are no infinite combos in the 99; the deck wins through overwhelming board presence, extra combat steps, and combat damage multiplication. Secondary synergies include life-gain payoffs such as Righteous Valkyrie and Archangel of Thune, plus light recursion via Emeria Shepherd and Celestine, the Living Saint. The deck is highly commander-centric but can still hard-cast its large flyers if Kaalia is delayed.
