Deck overview

This mono-blue deck converts unblockable combat pressure into table-wide mill using The Mindskinner. The commander's static replacement effect turns its 10 unblockable power into 10 milled cards per opponent on every combat connection. The supporting 99 accelerates this clock through mill doublers like Bruvac the Grandiloquent, clone effects such as Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Nanogene Conversion, and burst mill sorceries like Maddening Cacophony and Fractured Sanity. A rich counterspell suite and targeted protection pieces like Spellskite and Esior, Wardwing Familiar shield the 1-toughness commander from removal, while Cyclonic Rift and Aetherize prevent aggressive counterattacks. The deck closes games rapidly around turn 7 by emptying all three opposing libraries simultaneously.
