Stop Hitting Yourself by DataPriest

Format: Commander

Commander: Kros, Defense Contractor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a highly political, forced-combat strategy helmed by Kros, Defense Contractor. The primary game plan revolves around distributing counters to opponents' creatures to trigger Kros's ability, which taps them, goads them, and grants them trample. By utilizing cards like Generous Patron, Sheltering Ancient, and Ms. Bumbleflower, the deck turns opponents' boards into massive, uncontrollable threats that are forced to attack each other. To survive the ensuing chaos, the deck employs a robust pillowfort package, including Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Nils, Discipline Enforcer. The deck lacks traditional infinite combos, instead relying on attrition and massive combat inevitability to whittle the table down to a single opponent. Once it is a 1v1 scenario, the deck uses finishers like Reins of Power or massive card advantage engines to close out the game.
