Deck overview

This deck is a Jund -1/-1 counters and aristocrats engine commanded by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. The strategy turns the placement of -1/-1 counters into immediate card advantage and opponent life loss. By distributing counters onto friendly and opposing creatures using wither, blight, and dedicated counter placers like Banewhip Punisher, Baleful Ammit, and Carnifex Demon, the deck creates an avalanche of card draw and token production through Nest of Scarabs and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. It controls the board with asymmetric locks such as Kulrath Knight and sacrifice engines like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos. The primary win condition revolves around draining opponents with Bastion of Remembrance, The Meathook Massacre, or Cauldron of Essence, often accelerated by the infinite death loop of Blowfly Infestation and Nest of Scarabs. The deck excels at grinding out creature-heavy tables while generating massive card velocity.
