Deck overview

This deck is a Bant +1/+1 counters and proliferate midrange strategy commanded by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian. It establishes early board presence through low-cost mana accelerants and counter-generating creatures, setting up Tidus by Turn 3. Starting on Turn 4, Tidus moves counters to optimize attackers and triggers Cheer upon combat damage, drawing cards while proliferating all permanents each turn. The deck scales rapidly using multiplier effects such as Branching Evolution, Conclave Mentor, and Brokers Ascendancy. Once a critical mass of enlarged creatures is established, the deck pivots into lethal combat on Turn 6 using unblockable and trample enablers like Herald of Secret Streams, Akroma's Will, and Kodama of the West Tree, or clears the path with asymmetric board wipes such as Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye. The list maintains high resilience through shield counters, indestructible effects, and counter-retention mechanics.
